What is Elvioq?

Elvioq is a premier travel company specializing in the sales of travel products and goods. We offer a wide range of items to enhance your travel experience, from luggage and travel accessories to travel-related electronics and apparel.

How are Elvioq products made?

Our bucket list adventure bottles, apparel, travel gear, luggage, and accessories are all designed in our central office in sunny Southern California, USA. We work closely with several suppliers and factory partners to create high-quality, durable, and sustainable products.

Our manufacturing partners are always looking for environmental efficiencies, utilizing material such as high quality leather for our luggage line.

Ordering and Shipping

What are your order processing times?

Typically after an order is placed, they are prepared within 48 hours. Orders received after 5 pm will be processed the next following business day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal in the Shopify ecosystem. Additional payment options may be available depending on your location.

What type of shipping do you offer?

We offer two types of shipping options at the moment. Economy (12 - 15 days) and Standard (11 days) or less to the United States.

How much do you charge for shipping?

For most of our products we offer a free economy shipping rate. For expedited deliveries, we charge anywhere from $6.55 - $20.95 depending on the product.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we only offer shipping to the continental United States only. If you live in North America, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What are the details of your return policy?

For bags, apparel, and accessories, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery of your item. Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. A small restocking fee for certain items may be applied.

What is your exchange policy?

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return process please contact info@elvioq.co for assistance.

All Elvioq luggage purchased directly from us is backed by a 1 year warranty
